Photoshop 2024 Generative Fill Not Working

Photoshop 2024 Generative Fill Not Working. This happens both when trying to use the crop tool with generative expand, and also marking an area and using generative fill. There is no contextual bar either.

Hello, after purchasing a subscription to creative cloud, i noticed that the most important feature for me, generative fill, is missing in photoshop. There is no contextual bar either.
